All of our luxury apartment homes come equipped with all appliances, including: Range, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer dryer!
The apartments are energy efficient with all LED lighting, Cadet wall heaters and a heatpump air conditioning unit.
Parking
All apartments have 2 assigned parking spaces. The 3 bedroom townhouses have a single car garage and one exterior parking space. The 2 bedroom flats have one carport space and one uncovered parking space. There is no guest parking onsite. Residents are required to display a parking sticker. All unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles are subject to towing.
Pets
Pets up to 25lbs are allowed at Saddlebrook Apartments with a $800 additional deposit for each animal, maximum of 2 per unit. Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
